Never put your knife in the dishwasher.

Carbon Knife
If you happen to acquire one of our carbon steel knives, please do take note that these types of steel may rust over time. Always keep your knife dry with a dry towel beside you when you prep. They will also develop different shades and color. This is okay and it actually helps the blade not rust over time. Please use food grade mineral oil on your blade if you are storing it for long periods of time.
Sharpening Knife
Our knives are built in such a way that the knife will also get thicker over time since you sharpen only at one angle consistently. We strongly advise using a sharpening stone for both sharpening and honing since movement is controlled and the amount of steel removed from your blade is much more precise.

This is hands down my new favorite knife. I use it for most tasks now unless a larger blade is required. Considerring grabbing another with a different handle just because.

So far. Great knife for the price, very well made. Feels good in my hand, pretty sharp right out of the box. Have not noticed any water getting trapped in the handle, which is an issue I find with some knives with handles like this (but that is usually only when I wash and forget to dry immediately because I'm busy, so that issue would be more of a negligence thing on my end). The plug for the sheath does fall out often, so be careful to not lose it under the counters or appliances. Will update my review if anything changes. But for now, I'd recommend it.
